Artifacts on GTX 770 fresh install on new rig

So im having some graphics issues, i have these green lines (Artifacts) appearing all over my screen, and i have already installed my drivers from nVidia hoping that it would resolve my problem but i still have them showing up. Anyone know why these would be showing up? i bought this graphics card refurbished off amazon i feel like there isn't anything wrong with it..

Intel I7-3770k
Gtx 770 Super clocked 2gb
Corsair rm-750
8x2 gb Gskill Ripjawsx
Seagate 240gb SSD

you can use the auto clean/uninstall feature in the driver package to do this.

no other GPU required.

you can also use Driver Fusion from www.treexy.com to do the same. Free program.

How do i uninstall and re install a graphics driver, does it require another graphics card? or can i just use Nvidia's auto clean when installing new drivers?

Id like to try that before returning this buggy card
