Arma 3 wont go fullscreen

Hello i play arma 3 from 2 weeks and its ok well 40 fps isnt that good but no bugs or tings like that so i ctrl alt deleted to see something when i started arma again it was on desktop screen then i restart it same can someone tell me what to do? Btw is it normal to get 50-60 cpu usage with i5 3350p in this game?

Have you gone in to the setting and made sure there is no setting for windowed mode?
after the game starts press ALT + Enter. this will usually toggle windowed mode.

You probably can fix this by going to the Arma 3 configuration file (This can be found by going to Documents > ArmA 3 > ArmA3.cfg).

Once you have the .cfg open, look for a line that says: "Windowed=1"
Once you have found that, change it to "Windowed=0" and set the file as "read only." (This will stop the game from automatically changing it back).

This fix is suggested only if you can't choose to go fullscreen within the normal game options.

As for your CPU load question: what GPU do you have?
