I have a pair of x12 Turtle Beach Headphones, and I just heard a slight pop while in a skype call with friends. The light on the volume control, which is normally red if the mic is off and green if it is on, is not working at all.
While I can still hear people and be heard, unplugging/plugging the USB cord in does nothing- I can still hear with it out and with it in.
In addition everything is far quieter than normal.
Any idea what on earth just happened? These are relatively new headphones, less than 3 months old.
