I need help with picking the missing parts to my first PC build. It'll be used primarily for gaming. I'll be using both Wifi and HDMI together at the same time while connecting to my 1080p HDTV. My (max) budget is $700.00 (Optical Drive, HDD, Operating System, and Wireless/Wifi Card all included). Thanks!

Overclocking his a 4670k,however possible is pointless with a 750 ti since the fps gain will be negligible.

I think that we're going to have to downgrade some of the components of the your build, Sunder, because I need to include the OS, Optical Drive, and Wireless/Wifi Card, and still somehow manage to keep the costs no higher than $700.00. For future reference, I plan on being able to play graphically demanding PC games maxed out (e.g. Battlefield 4, Metro: Last Light, perhaps Crysis 3, ect.)

You mean you want to upgrade later on?
Then you can get the 4670k and a cheaper card. the cpu i suggested will still work, but is less future proof.

Down the road, yeah, I'd like to upgrade later on. Which is why expansion is so important. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge on picking out Wireless/Wifi Cards, Optical Drives, or Hard Drive Disks. I'm going to get Windows 8.1 64-bit, however. As for the rest of the components, cheaper ones will have to be found to support the extra costs of the essential items.

You should get the cheapest Dvdrw drive you can find. That should be ~$20 -i doubt you will be using it too much.
I don't have experience with wifi expansion cards, since i use an ethernet cable and people don't really use wifi with static computers.
However i suggest you get either a westen digital or hitachi hdd. Do not get seagate even if the price is better.
Seagates have a poor reliability record and tend to break down more often.

Good luck!
