Monitor not Receiving any signal from my MSI R7 260.

Hey Guys, I just built a new PC. During the build, I ran into no issues, took me roughly 1-2 hours and everything was fine. After I finished the build I plugged the DVI to VGA adapter into the graphics card and hooked it up t the monitor. All of the fans and lights turned on, but the monitor wouldn't receive any signal. I tried hooking it up to a backup monitor and it still didn't work. I looked to make sure everything was hooked up properly. I checked, double check and then triple checked everything and nothing was left unconnected. So, I was just wondering if anyone could help me out. I'll post my build below.
(BTW, These monitors both work on my other PC.)

CPU - AMD Athlon 760K X4
GPU - MSI R7 260X
RAM - Crucial Ballistix 8GB : 1600 MHz

PSU - 430W Corsair CX430
MB- MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard

PS: Yes, I have tried multiple times. Also, I would like it if I don't get answers like "Check your cables" because I have already ruled out that possibility.

Try plugging the monitor into the motherboard, see if the APU works.
If yes, go into bios and try disabling it, then try to plug the monitor into the card.
If that still doesnt work, you can take out the battery to re-enable the default settings so you can use the onboard graphics if you need to.

Sunder, thanks for the help, I'm assuming you mean the battery on the Graphics Card, or the Motherboard? I didn't check it for a while so, sorry for the late response.

The battery on the motherboard.
It's responsible for keeping the ROM under voltage.
If you remove it, bios returns to default settings.

So.. is it working?

OK, I took out the battery on the Motherboard. I tried it with the graphics card in, but not sure if you wanted me to take it out, see if it runs and if so, go into the bios and do some changes?

Just plug your monitor into the motherboard, leave the battery alone.
If this doesn't work, take the graphics card out, see if that works.
Once you have display, disable the integrated graphics in bios.
After that, turn the pc off and plug the monitor in the graphics card.
IF that does not work, your graphics card might be faulty.

You only need to pull the battery out to re-enable integrated graphics in order to use the pc without the graphics card-if you need to.

Wouldn't even boot up to the BIOS, with the graphics card out. Not sure, got any other suggestions?

Yeah, I think I might be able to use a backup. We'll see. I might not reply, because its fairly late here. If nothing else, I'll report back tomorrow. Thanks for your help!

I just tried the graphics card in another PC, and it booted right up. So, all that leaves is the Motherboard. I'm going to examine the motherboard, (if I can find a wiring chart) so thanks for your help!

Good luck with that, though the motherboard microcircuit errors/burnouts are pretty hard to detect specifically.
