Was there any writing on the screen when it happened or was it just red?
Any noise coming from pc ?

If you want to measure your temp of your pc there are a few ways to do it, below are some links that might help monitor this:
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/

Best advice if you want do this, (if you have either an IPad : http://www.splashtop.com/personal) if you have a 2nd monitor is run your game and move the temp sensors over with a task manager window and see the temp in game, that should give you a good idea of what temps your running.

Hope this helps =]

@Andrew there was no writing on the red screen, also wasn't any noise from like a little rest from fans while it rebooted like split second powerdown sound, my temps on my gpu are 60 when gaming 28 idle, im just thinking is it another bug from battlefield there was a thing in past where amd card users would experience a red screen after swapping map.
