How do you install fans in the top of the Raidmax Skyline case? Does the top come off, somehow?

I just can't figure how to remove the top, or how to install the top fans from the inside. The user manual doesn't mention it, and my Google searches have come up short...Any help is appreciated!

Longer screws was the answer, boy do I feel stupid.

On a plus, for my ego anyway, I didn't actually have the screws that came with the case. I got the case secondhand and had to go back to the guy I got it from.
