Will an 8350 bottleneck SLI 770s?

I would like to sli gtx 770s. I have an FX 8350. Will the 8350 bottleneck the two graphics cards? Thanks

I am using an FX 8350
Evga gtx 770 2gb
4x4gb of crucial ballistix sport ram
and I have a 750w nzxt hale psu

Dont know for sure about your other specs, but i can tell you first hand that sli 770's run very nice on my 8350. Cant say anything about heat or fan noise as both my cards are under water, but i havent had a single problem, cpu utilized during cod ghosts is still under 70's.
