Task Manager Problems

Use Internet Explorer for the picture. The problem is that when i look at my task manager all this and I don't know why,is this normal,is theer any way to fix it?

it shows all this Windows junk that i didn't see before and uses 1/2 of my ram and disk.It show multiple chromes, pokki installers,windows stuff like,host processes,and service host junk I don't know what it is
