Ok so I did a ton of searching of the color depth and the color range and i think i came to the conclusion that 24 bit and pc rgb full is best for me but i want other opinions.

For me at least when i put it to 36 bit i experience in cod where i could not get almost any kills super lag not noticeable but i couldn't kill anything.

what i want to know is does changing color depth decrease fps and stuff and basically increase odds of lag and same for color range does putting it on rgb full increase lag now because there are more colors its trying to show

Im using a xbox one and a benq rl2455hm monitor. (what do these two things even support together i couldn't find an answer on what the monitor supports)

Any and all comments helpful

also in my monitor the manual says i can adjust the color space limited or full but when i go into settings on the monitor the option is locked and cannot even be accessed.

Which is weird because i could have sworn i edited them like a few weeks ago when i first found these setting and wanted to learn about it.

is it possible that my monitor auto's to what my console is set to
