Permission to Hard Drive Folder

Hi, i have accidently set permissions for one of my folders on my hard drive to deny only to owner not thinking that i am usning the work computer. Hence i can't access this folder without the admin username and password. I am screwed now. How do i revert back to the original default settings.
 
Basically the same question as tominsac, how did you change permissions without being an administrator? If this is a work computer then you need to contact your IT department or whoever is in charge of the computer(s) and ask for their help. I hope you're not asking for a way to bypass the password as that would be against forum rules. You won't get any help here if that is the case.
