no audio output device found ( hardware problem)

hey i also have similar problem
windows 7 ultimate x64
Ram 4gb
processor amd phenton 3.10ghz
but i have a harware problem i have installed the driver but still it didnt work
No Audio Output Device is Installed
and on Troubleshooting it says " HARDWARE CHANGES MIGHT NOT BE DETECTED"
HOW TO SOLVE THE HARWARE PROBLEM
PLEASE HELP

If it is, and you have USB 3.0, go to this link and follow one of the sets of directions to disable USB 3.0. This will likely solve your problem. If it doesn't or it doesn't apply, let me know.
