Hi All

I want to assemble a CPU, and Its the first time I am doing one. I have always worked on my laptop, But it cant keep up with the software's I use. Rendering a 5 minute video takes me more than 10 hours. My budget for building the PC is 800-900£. I have listed the software's I need to work with below:-

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe In Design
Adobe After Effects
3Ds Max
Maya
Light wave

Graphics card:-I would prefer using an Nvidia. I need to connect a minimum of 3 monitors for my work too.

Processor:- I would like to get an i7 . Im not sure how much core processor I need. At the moment my laptop can run just one design software at a time and is still really slow. A processor that would help me use multiple programs with ease

RAM:- Please help me select the right RAM too, that would be most effective.

Hard Drive:- I was thinking of a solid state drive to install my OS on and a secondry normal hard drive of minimum 1 to 2 tb.

Casing:- I do not know where to get a good case from either, something that would keep my computer cool. My laptop keeps shutting down if it gets over heated. Where could I buy the fans from.

Could you'll please help me assemble a really good PC and where could I buy the parts from for a reasonable cost. I appreciate for taking your time to help me out.:)

This will do for all your needs, you just won't be able to overclock, so the stock cooler will be fine. 16GB of RAM are necessary for demanding applications and multiple of them open simultaneously, the Samsung SSD is very fast, the 2TB Seagate HDD is fast too. The GPU is very powerful, you will be able to render fast and game smoothly.

Here is your build: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

For what you are doing I would not consider anything less than 32 GBs of RAM, and a fast CPU.
