Not at all. It will make no difference at all.
If you are using a USB headset, you are probably using the Headsets drivers and it's not even related to your soundcard.
The only way to get better sound will be a better headset.

Nope. Unless you have some really good headphones. Even then it is not that noticeable. Better to invest in a headphone amp if you have really nice headphones.

Those headphones are just so-so with 40mm drivers (speakers). The Realtek ALC892 on-board sound chip isn't that bad. I doubt you would notice much improvement unless you're looking for some kind of special sound effects, which won't be available on a $40 sound card.

A $40 sound card can help if you have a dirt cheap motherboard and good speakers/headset. However, your Asus Sabertooth already has good onboard audio. It wouldn't make any difference to add a $40 sound card.
If you want to increase audio quality, the best solution for you would be better speakers or a better headset.
