This would be better, the gtx 650 is a low end gaming card, the 760 kills it, and 16gb is more than enough, it wont make sense to have 16gb with a low end card, 12 gb + 760 is better, you can downgrade it to 8 and get an even better card. For the CPU, Intel is way expensive and AMD is better in your case, if you want to OC, add a 212 Evo too.

If you have the budget :) It will utterly decimate a 760 at the cost of an ssd.

If not and you don't plan on overclocking around a hundred can be taken off with the same gpu and a non oc intel processor.

Edit: I think this build would be quite a nice compromise if you don't want to overclock and have the budget.
