I agree.
In general, I think Asrock is better than MSI. I personally like Asus first, and Gigabyte second but you always have to look at reviews on the product you buy.

Without looking too deep, I notice a few things:
1) average reviews are the same (though I haven't read the comments)
2) the Asrock has several features that the MSI does not (see the page) including an EMI audio shield.
3) the MSI CPU VRM cooling isn't as good
It's nice to have validation on the choice, so hands down the Asrock.
