SSD / HDD for gaming performance

hi all
I saw videos in youtube about booting speed of SDD which faster than HDD.
but my question is only about the effect with gaming !
will be there a big different ? or HDD can perform the same ?
SSD 240GB is around 200$, honestly I do not want to spend this money if there is no different.

Hi oudmaster ,
ssd will give you much faster game loading times than a HDD but will not affect gaming FPS ( frames per second )
only a better cpu or graphics card will help you there , save your 200$ and put it toward a graphics card

In a game all an ssd would do is reduce loading times/loading stutters, in mmo's they could also give you an edge i guess.

It does not however affect fps directly in any way.
