So I just installed Windows 8.1 and like everyone else with a hard drive over 2TB, I am having trouble getting my hard drive to work. I have it as GTP and it sees my hard drive altogether as 3 TB. Unfortunately, it still says it's raw after I formatted it as simple disk. What is the next step that I seem to be missing? How do I make the hard drive useable and not raw?
