I need a little help picking out a motherboard and ram to go with a 4770k.

Any help is appreciated!

I am multiboxing 4 copies of Diablo3 on 1 monitor (may add second). PC is gaming only.

Budget for CPU, MOBO and ram is ~$1000.

Goals:
Upgrade to 4770k with a 4.5+ghz overclock without a ton of testing
16-32GB of RAM that will allow optimal performance (prefer 32gb)
Ability to upgrade to two 780 GPUs in a couple months.
Ability to add a second monitor to system
Motherboard that will support optimal performance of CPU, RAM, two 780 GPUs

I am currently running this setup:
Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz LGA 1366 (@ 4.4ghz, H50 cooler)
EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX X58 SLI LE
G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600
EVGA 015-P3-1482-AR GeForce GTX 480 (re-use until I get 780s)

I will be re-using my current PSU: CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W
Corsair Obsidian 800D, Intel SSDs and peripherals (I don't use a soundcard).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Getting a Thermaltake CLW0217 Water 2.0 Extreme or similar cooler, but it will not affect the budget for CPU, MOBO, RAM.

I noticed the SBM for this month using a ASRock Z87 Extreme4. Is this optimal or am I missing out on some other great options that would be easier/faster/better? I do see a lot written about the asus maximus vi hero...

Thank you!

Thank you for the reply, but I am still trying to figure our which ram + mobo combo will work best and whether or not getting 16gb of ram vs 32 GB of ram will create any issues in terms of performance or issues with overclocking.

As I said in the OP, I am multiboxing 4 games at once and I am assuming that 16gbs will be enough, but I would prefer to future proof by getting 32. What kind of kits should I go with in either case? Limiting to the fewest number of sticks wiht the highest capacity, or going with a higher quantity of smaller sticks?

In addition, I am familiar with CPUs, GPUs, but I am terrible when it comes to RAM, so I am not sure whether getting top end ram is worth the price difference.

Can anyone lead me to a specific solution on the RAM or RAM + MOBO combo for maximizing performance without going overboard for a 0.05% increase in performance?
