Hello, This is vimal.

8150 fx bulldozer processor
4 x 4 ddr3 right now and upgrading it to 4 x 8 ddr3 32gb ram
firepro v5900 graphic card

I need the best liquid cooling system for this config?
Please suggest me the very best one. Cost inbetween 9,000 to 10,000 INR.

A good AIO water cooler (same as closed loop) CAN give better performance, but it isnt really all that much and probs way overpriced. Just quietly, if you get the swiftech h220 it can be modded later on.

Hope that helps, Mac

Thanks. Then I will go with h100i.. If so, is there any disadvantages in that? like any kind of leakages? Often pouring the thermal liquid?

Someone might disagree with this answer and I don't fully agree with it too. It's not a bad option if you get noctua nh-d14 cooler over h100i. You save a lot of money, but if money isn't any concern then surely h100i will be better,
And there is no disadvantages of h100i, there won't be any leakages, if there are any, corsair will replace it for you.
Thermal liquid is not often needed.
