Corsair Hydro Series H100i CPU Cooler
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit OEM Corsair Obsidian 750D Case with Window

okay thanks I have been stressing so much about a PSU I was thinking of the EVGA P21000W PSU would that be alright compared to a Corsair AXI860 witch is $30 more?
Or even a AX 860 witch is $40 cheaper then the 1000W

The EVGA 1000W PSU should easily handle two 780's and the CPU overclock with no problem, However, two 780 ti's would need ~ 950W without any overclock, so you may have problems using the EVGA PSU with a pair of ti's and oc'ing the CPU.

Seasonic is probably considered to be the best PSU manufacturer on the market. Many companies such as XFX and Cooler Master (and a few others) have some of their PSUs made by Seasonic. EVGA has a good reputation, although I would get a Seasonic, XFX, Antec or Corsair (except their CX series) over EVGA although that particular PSU carries a 10 year warranty.
