When i play css i run it with 60 fps all time, but when i lay a smoke (1-3 meters away) or flashing/ getting flashed, my fps drops too 20-30. Is there a fix for this? All video settings is low.

Laptop: Packard Bell Easynote TK11BZ
Specs: AMD Dual-Core E-350, AMD Radeon HD6310, 2 GB (get the last 4 GB soon), Windows 7 64 bit

Not really Seb,

With smoke its down to particle physics or dynamics.
What I mean is when you chuck a smoke against a wall, note how it disperses or interacts with other objects in dispersal pattern. shape.
The Gpu has to calculate this while running all other aspects of the game.
But it it takes up quiet a bit of Gpu power.

Here is one thing to try.
Go into the Nvidia control pannel and change what does the Physix effects.
You can sellect the Gpu to do it or the cpu of the computer or laptop.
Gpu`s are often better.

Sometimes it can help with fps drop.

He has Amd graphics not nvidia.

He already said that he ran at all low settings, so he needs a upgrade as soon as possible.

I'm there now, but can't find what you mean. Under "Texture filtering quality" i have "Use program settings" or "Put away program settings" (sorry for bad translate, if you don't understand.)

Which settings should i change?
