get another 2gb of ram. For the graphics card - Used cards: GTX460 1gb. New cards, geforce 650ti/750ti is as high as i would go with that cpu.

ADD Some More Ram And Then U Can Choose Any Of The Following Cards.
1.nVidia Geforce GT 640.
2.Radeon HD 6670.
3.nVidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti
4.Radeon HD 6750.
5.nVidia GTX 460.

Go for AMD HD 7770 If your PSU has a 6 pin cable. If not, go for HD 7750.
