Hi, I'm New Here At Tom's Hard Ware .
I Got Problem With HD 5450

When OverClock Until 770 - 900 Mhz

There's A Dot's Or Flicker's - No Problem With Monitor

Help Me Out

An HD 5450 is NOT a gaming card and it is NOT very overclockable, at all. You are getting artifacts because you have overclocked it too much. I suggest an upgrade for your GPU is necessary if you wish to accomplish a stable overclock.

I Know. I Just Wanna Clock To 900 Mhz.. my other hd5450 just work fine in 1000mhz. no lie. i Use Trixx and CCC. I Know is not a gaming card.. i just wanna 900mhz. so help.

No two pieces of hardware are created equal and will probably respond differently to overclocking. Just because one GPU can reach a certain clock rate, does not mean another will do the same.
