No I have done extensive research on the issue, I have a HP touchsmart M7-J020DX, when I bought it was informed I could replace the graphics in it, though months later after wanting to upgrade past he return period I found out that it is impossible. We are stuck with the crappy integrated graphics, best you can to do to improve your performance is upgrade your memory which will help some with your graphics performance.
