Asrock 990FX Extreme3 vs Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0

New PC Build. I was going to go with the Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 as I was going to overclock the FX 6300 to about 4.2ghz but found the Asrock and it has a 990fx north chipset. Would it make a big difference? It's only a bit more money.......

XFX 650w
Corsair XMS3 4gb
AMD FX 6300

Thanks

For future upgrades Asus would be better because Extreme3 doesn't support 8320~8350 CPU's due to thermal issues!
And try to get M5A97 Pro R2.0.
  2. Is the Pro better than the Evo? If so, how is it better?
