Hi guys
ive just built a new computer running an i7 4770k with win 7 64bit however its freezing on a regular basis ive noticed my bios is version 1203 which is 3 versions behind the latest (1402). When I try and download the update onto a fat32 usb pen drive and rename the cap file M6H.CAP and try the flashback feature by plugging it into back of computer im getting the flashing bios light and when it stops flashing I turn my pc back on only to find that the bios has not been updated. So I tried updated through ASUS EZ Flash 2 utility but I get the error message "selected file is not a uefi bios". Does anyone have any suggestions on what im doing wrong? im a complete noob when it comes to this stuff really.
