You could get a 750 ti for around that price.
  2. this is much better than the GTX650ti.

It's $150 from NCIX, and its a good deal, plus a great, new card.

Well, he is getting a refund.
This doesn't mean he has to buy it off Newegg again, but ASUS and EVGA are both reputable brands.
I personally like the EVGA one better, but that is just off warranty and the fact that I bought the OC'd edition.

Not to say though, that ASUS warranty is great and their products are solid too.
It's just the price which I would save on, they are basically the same.
  7. i know but better for cooling at 160 the asus is a solid choice over the evga with only one fan.

But I have also read a GTX 660 would be a better value, If even that was 20 bucks or so over budget. Is that a true statement? At this point if I have to go over that's fine. But I would like something to at least last to the end of the year or a little further.I am looking for something that can do Battlefield 4 and Crysis 3 at a decent fps and as close to 1080p as possible.
  9. a gtx660 is better than the gtx750ti. if you want the gtx660 why not? it should play 1080p in some decent frames around 40+fps :).
