my 8gb pen drive shows me total maximum space 4.3mb

i had inserted my 8gb pen drive in a laptop at that time it gives me a sugestion to format ater that it has been converted to 4 mb total size. please help me or this issue.

(with pen drive inserted) right click on the my computer , select the manage option , look for disk management , select ur pendrive's drive ,format it through right clicking on it and quick format unchecked , it will take a while to be formatted.......
let me know if it worked or else i will suggest u smthing else

DISKPART> list disk

DISKPART> select disk 1

Disk 1 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART> clean

DISKPART> create partition primary

DiskPart succeeded in creating the specified partition.

DISKPART> exit
