Hey guys i'm just wondering how do you exactly read APU temperature? If I understand correctly the APU temperature read differently as it has the integrated GPU on to the CPU itself. What do I exactly look for when I want to find CPU temperature?

I've been using couple of 3rd party software like CPUz, CPUID HWMonitor, Open Hardware Monitor, Core Temp etc.. Idk what to look for exactly. Sometime program like HWMonitor does not recognize any of my CPU's cores plus it doesn't give me accurate temperatures reading.

I'm using AMD Kaveri A10-7850k APU.

I have never been able to get an accurate core temp with AMD processors since they switched from their K10 microarchitecture to the Bulldozer/Piledriver. After contacting AMD, I was told it is an issue they are still working on (???) Anyway, just go by the temp pgms' CPU temp or package temp. That should be accurate although it is the temp under the heat shield and not the cores. It will read slightly warmer than the core(s) itself. But that will give you some room for safety.
As to the on-die GPU, you will have to use the same temp reading as for the CPU.
