First off, I think you are going to be a little underpowered with that PSU, especially once it starts to age. I would shoot for 650W.

Second, you have the i7 4770K, do you plan to overclock? If so, then you are going to want to ditch that motherboard in favor of something with a Z87 chipset. If you don't plan on overclocking and / or this system is for gaming exclusively I would suggest a i5 4670 or if you have to have hyperthreading, the i7 4770. The K version has the unlocked multiplier and is only needed if you plan to overclock.

If you don't plan to overclock, the faster RAM is not necessary, stick with DDR3 1600.

If you answer some of these questions, we can make some specific suggestions.
