I've been wanting to build my own gaming PC for a while now and I've just put together a list of components that I think would work. Just looking for any sort of feedback or advice. I'm would like to stay sub $700-$750. I already have a 500GB HDD that I'm not currently using that I'll use for storage.

As a side note, I might be interested in over-clocking the GPU in the future. Are there any components you would change if that were a possibility? Different or extra cooling? I'm also into photography and I frequently use Adobe Lightroom 5 for post-processing. Will this setup work well for those sorts of tasks? I can't imagine that it would be much worse than my current machine (Early 2011 Macbook Pro, 2.0 GHz Intel Core i7, 120GB SSD, 8GB RAM).

Here's the list:

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX-660 2GB

A vastly superior build in almost every way. Go for the newer generation Haswell chip with improved IPC than Ivybridge. Also the GTX 770 is a very powerful card and will be great for overclocking too. Pick any mATX case you like, I just love this little Fractal Design one so much!
