Decent CPU's for upgrade

I own a PC with a 560TI and a Intel Q8200 quad core 2.33 GHz and was thinking of upgrading the CPU, anything under 500? 100-200 would be fantastic.
edit: I have 8 gigabytes of ram.

Yes, if your current RAM isn't compatible you would need to upgrade that as well. Don't worry about going for super high speed ram though, the actual difference it makes is really very little.
