I want to get into light game development nothing to crazy somthing fo example like receiver or hotline miami sort of things, I dont have any exp with this sort of build so I was thinking somthing(as I would be on alow budget)

I was thinking maybe an fx 8320 and I'm not sure what for a GPU I dont have enough money for quadro but would a 650/660 be enough and about 16gig ram. this cant go over say 800euro.

I don't know what type of workload game development puts on the system. Does it mean lots of 3d rendering? I don't know, you probably want a fast CPU, maybe a Haswell i7 unlcoked K version. Or maybe that fx 8320 you were looking at.

If you are more detailed in your post it will be easier to get more replies.

I dont know much myself was planing on getting into it over the summer it's just the cpu and gpu I need help with, I do a lot of gaming builds and know them inside out but this I dont know as well

Try asking in a software forum focused on the type of game development you want to do. Since you know a lot about the hardware already you can then decide what you need.
