Getting 98 Degrees C On real temp with a water cooler.

Average for all my cores is 98 on idle ( I do have my gpu mining ) I have a Corsair H55 watercooler on a i5 4670k overclocked at 4ghz (Cant go any higher) Is this a normal Temp?

Improper mounting would be my guess. Not enough clamping pressure or a corner or side is not making proper contact with the CPU's heat spreader.
