Want to overclock Core 2 duo from 1.86ghz to 3.0ghz

Hey i Want to overclock Core 2 duo from 1.86ghz to 3.0ghz and so far all i can get is 2.61 i have an XFX 750i SLI Motherboard temps so fat 57c max at 1.42v

Its a Core 2 duo E6320 4mb Cach im maxing my of at 2.63 ghz now but i need atleast 2.8 - 3.0 because i dont wanna have to go back to my athlon ii x2 220
