Powerline local device help

So I recently got a pair of TP-Link AV500 powerline adapters, but they wont connect on my desktop. I know they are on the same circuit because they will connect on my laptop. The Powerline Utility says Local device hasn't been connected. I cant use my desktop without internet, and have no other way of using the internet on my desktop.

Don't know if this is outdated, but maybe the WinPcap-driver (Which is installed by the TP-Link Powerline Utility) is not running.

To start it: Press win-button, type cmd and choose "Run as Administrator"
Then in the command prompt type:
net start nfp
After that, it should work.
