Hello, I recently installed an Asus P8Z77-V LK and a i5 3570k in my new computer and I was using my old hard drive. It didn't boot at first but I finally got it to boot by taking out my single stick of 4GB Corsair Vengeance blue and switching the sata cable to a different slot. It worked and I found out that you can't just install a new mobo and everything be dandy and fine.
So I put all my old computer back together and backed up all my important files I wanted on the new computer (games, pictures, etc.) on an external hard drive and then I reinstalled all the new parts in my new computer. I can't get any video nor do I hear POST beeps. All the fans are running and the green mobo led comes on. The "MemOK" led flashes once as soon as I turn it on and then it doesn't come back on. If anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated. I just need to be able to get to BIOS so I can format my HD, but I can't get any video. Thanks!
