Windows 7 on a hybrid disk, please help

I took out a hybrid disk from a laptop ( Seagate momentus 500gb) and installed windows 7 on the OS(c: ) folder (Seagate momentus) so can i just delete the old windows from my other hdd? without gettin any trouble?

I'm not quite sure what you did.
But if you remove the old hdd, and windows boots, then you can safely delete the windows folder from it when you plug it back in.

Unplug the old HDD and try the system with just the laptop drive.

I took the hybrid to my desktop, since i wanted to get windows in a free drive all alone..

ehm, when i took the hdd out, it just says loading operatin system, and bootmgr is missing.. What to do??

You must have just done a COPY of the old drive's contents to the new drive. The Boot sector doesn't get copied that way. You need to clone the old drive to the new one. You can use a free cloning pgm like this one: http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/
...to clone the 1st drive to the 2nd one. It will also include the boot sector. Just start over and do it again.
