My Internet browser isn't working

For the past couple weeks I have been using Google chrome because my normal browser isn't working. My normal internet browser is Torch (it is a knock off of Google Chrome) and it wont load any internet pages. The main reason I haven't tried re installing it is because I have a PC on pcpartpicker.com that is saved on that browser and I cant get into. When I try to open it up it just says This Webpage is not Available ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Anyone could help that would be great.

Does internet explorer work?

If it does not then you probably had an infection that changed your proxy server settings

If you can use internet explorer then your proxy settings is fine, if you cant then it probably got altered.

Yo can check it by opening IE, and go to tools, internet options, connections, lan settings, and the use a proxy server box should NOT be checked.

Yep, Its unchecked. Any other ideas that could help? I dont want to uninstall it, due to the fact that my PC parts are listed on PCPartpicker.com . Any other ideas would be great, if not I might need to just try to install and uninstall it.

Why dont you just copy the url of the page from that browser??

You can also try to reinstall the program without uninstalling it.
