Hey Tom's! I'm looking for a budgety air cooler that I can mildly overclock my i5-4670k with. I'm tired of using the stock cooler and I want to go for something similar to Cooler Master's Hyper 212 EVO. I'm hoping to mildly overclock, at least to 3.8GHz while running less than 35C idle. Can you guys suggest whether I should go with that, or maybe something similar? Specs and budget range listed below. Thanks for your help.
