CM Stryker Fan Controller No LOnger Working After OS Reinstall

Just reinstalled Win7 and now my fan controller no longer works. The fans themselves are running, as well as the LED and panel buttons/lights, but no actuall speed adjustments are able to be made. Everything worked fine before the reinstall.

That is odd, indeed. The fans and their controller have no bearing on the OS. They should work even if there's no OS installed. If you wired them as directed, the fans are plugged into the fan controller cables and the fan controller itself is fed from a single Molex connector direct from the PSU. It has to be a coincidence like the controller just quit working.

That's not the problem if the fans are running and the LEDs are on bright. There are only 2 wires from the Molex coming to the fan controller; +12V and ground. It has to be in the controller. Does the LED switch still turn the Fan lites on and off?
