Hey there!

The internet speed you have is not all to good i must say! For (competitive) gaming you really want to upgrade your internet :) With a ping like that, you really cannot play fair.
1. Are you connected via a cable? Or with WiFi?
2. Check for what speeds you ordered from your deliverer (I don't know what it is called in english [Im dutch])
Do you like in USA or somthing? Because i have heard that the internet speeds can be awful in some places.

P.S.: My internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/result/3404800462.png
It is OVERKILL, i know, you really don't need anything near this fast for gaming (id say around 50 mb/s down/up and a reasonable ping)

If you really want to game, i suggest you connect via a cable, it really is a lot better and you will be able to get those 20MB/Sec. Try that and do the speedtest again :)

I tried it an my results are these-
Ping: 42ms
Jitter: 38ms
Packet loss: Unable to test because of out of date java.

It said I would be at a disadvantage for online games :(

Alright, well maybe later you can get a cable from the router to your PC. That is my advice for now! If you have any more questions, please ask them!
