Is this the 3.4GHz i7 version? If so that CPU will provide plenty of power for the GPU. As for the PSU that should fit fine as looking at the Dell's stock power supply it looks just like a standard ATX one and it's plenty powerful. My only concern is with the GPU, the enclosure of the Dell PC looks very cramped and with the PSU at the top and limited intake and airflow getting to the GPU I'm unsure as to whether the GPU would have adequate cooling.

If you already have a relatively high performance GPU or one that is known to be fairly warm running then the GTX770 may be okay, but otherwise I would be worried about cooling it.

SPECS
Processor: i5-3450 (Upgrading to an i7 3770)
8GB RAM
460w PSU
H77 Motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 7770 (Upgrade to GTX 770)
OTHER SPECS
Windows 7 Home Premium
A09 Bios Version

And as for the case being to small, I can just get a new case and move everything.

If you're changing case then I'm sure it'll all be good with a decent PSU. I wouldn't recommend getting the i7 upgrade, it'll barely make a difference in games compared to the difference it'll make in your wallet ;)  Unless of course you're doing rendering or other media creation tasks in which case go for it!

The GTX 770 should fit. You will need to remove the GPU bracket if one exists. Also, it's not really necessary to upgrade the CPU unless you demand ultimate performance in games like Crysis 3 and Watch Dogs. But since you have a stock CPU heatsink, then you might as well upgrade to an i7 since it will cut the CPU loads in half compared to an i5 due to hyperthreading. But if you keep your existing CPU, then get a performance CPU fan for it if you can find one which will fit OK.
