hello everybody and thanks in advance for giving my post some attention.

i built my first gaming pc about 3.5 years ago to specifically play final fantasy 14 on veryhigh-max settings as well as for digital art. right now i have a hd 6850(upgraded from a 5770), 8gb ddr3(upgraded from)4gb of ddr3, and a phenom ii 955 3.5ghz quadcore, windows 7 64. somebody on a forum i visit recommended the original build and ive been very happy with this pc. since that pc i have built one for a friend and for my dad cheating by using similar parts to the one i built.

however now with this "next generation" of games creeping up my computer is of course beginning to quickly fall behind. not only that but how i use my pc has evolved. i use a dual monitor set up now, i work on digital paintings (4000pixel/350-400dpi stuff with high quality brushes), i game pretty hardcore, and now while i do all of this stuff im also chatting, browsing the internet, watching a stream, or netflix.

im taking all these things into consideration as i build this new pc but before i do i wanted a few opinions, but i think i did a pretty good job taking what ive learned from building and over the last few years to build a pc that should fit my needs.

short version
.i need to be able to run next gen games.. watchdogs for example on veryhigh-ultra.
.i need photoshop to be able to handle insanely high res file sizes with no slow down.
.i need to be able to do both these things while ALSO using my other screen to watch twitch streams, itunes, netflix, hbo go, ect.

here is the pc im considering building. remember this isnt 100% im very open to opinions and even within the pieces i picked this is more just a "reminder" than a factual list.

opinions? sorry this is kind of ranty but i wanted to give enough information for you guys to see why i picked what i picked and know a little of my building history.

=update
in place of that 4gb r9 270x im thinking of instead getting a gtx 760. the price is almost exactly the same but it has a higher overall performance according to benchmark and hierarchy charts. both will run me about 250.
