I just recently built a gaming pc. Since i got it i have installed a few games on my c drive (120 gb kingston ssd) and have been playing bioshock infinite on it all the way maxed out. Now i just got tomb raider (the most recent one) and instead of putting on my c drive, i put it on my e drive. I tried to start up TR but it was way too laggy, i tried adjusting the textures and what not, but it did not help. Then i went to play bioshock infinite (still on c drive) to check it out and it is laggy as well! What have i done? Much help is appreciated!!

I have a i7 4770k and nvidia geforce gtx 770

Well I think more information would be needed to actually diagnose this issue. Did you by chance fill up both drives to the point where Windows can not create\manage the page file? You did not mention how much ram the system has.

If you have not created some sort of bottleneck somehow it could just be a complete coincidence that this issue is happening right after installing another game. Do the synthetic benchmarks also show bad results? If so perhaps the gpu has failed or a power supply issue, etc.
