i5-3570k bottlenecking R9 290?

Sorry about so many new threads. Got a new GPU, cranked BL2 to max, and getting FPS from 20-60. Is this normal or is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU?

sounds like a driver issue. That i5 won't bottleneck anything. and that gpu will destroy anything.

Make sure your previous graphic drivers are completely uninstalled. uninstall the current drivers as well. restart your system, and install the latest catalyst drivers from AMD. let us know if this helps.
