i wanted to replace the thermal paste on the h80 but I was wondering do I need gloves when Im replacing the thermal paste. For example if I wear rubber gloves while applying thermal paste and touching metal parts will cause it to be dead. Also if i touch the thermal paste will it be deadly to my skin?

Yes, quite deadly, it will probably kill you instantly! No but seriously, you don't need gloves. If you want though, latex gloves like you find in a first aid kit work well.

No to all of those questions.

You don't even need a glove. Just put some paste the size of a grain of rice on the middle of the chip and install the heatsink.

You don't need gloves as long as you don't touch the thermal paste. If you touch it then clean your hands as soon as possible.
