I have the current problem on my newly purchased laptop .
I have it for around 1 month . 0 problems but since 3-4 days around 1-3 am . my computer stops responding to commands ..its not freezing , I can alt tab between files , if I have a youtube player it keeps playing but If I try to load a new one it wont load , If I try to open a new tab it wont load .
If I try to shut it down it , I press on the start icon but I cant press anything else , `
ctrl + alt + del is not working
Some days ago I installed a application that would allow the computer to shut down after a period of time that I ve set up .. since then it started but now I deleted the application cleaned the registry checked for viruses ..all looks ok
pls some help , unless I force shut it down I cant do anything
