I recently picked up a new PC a AMD A8 6500. I've always been lead to believe even if the cards not as good, it's always better and less of a resource hog. But seeing as its only 512 and ddr2? and the 8570 is 1g I think? When I searched AMD's site, they listed two cards so I don't actually know which one is in my pc. The information on website models are slightly different then what's listed on Cata Control Center.

I tend to do a lot of gaming aside from my standard work as well. (skyrim, ESO, League, ect..)

The 6570g is faster than the 5450 so using the dedicated card may free some desktop memory but gaming performance would likely take a hit unless you are really strapped for memory. If you are to move to a dedicated card and want some increased performance (AMD wise) I would suggest at least an HD 5670, 6670, 7730, or R7 240. These would provide a decent boost compared to the onboard GPU.

This is the one on the Costco website I think... I'm looking at buying it for home office but I want two monitors hooked up to it. Do you have one or two hooked up? Not a gamer, just need it for work and some video conferencing.
